Russell Deards joins the firm as General Counsel and Company Secretary, bringing over three decades of legal experience to the business.

Deards has been a qualified solicitor since 1991 and held senior legal and governance roles at Barratt Developments, Henry Boot, DX Group and the Highbourne Group.

His deep expertise in construction and engineering law and corporate governance will be pivotal as Danny Sullivan Group continues to strengthen its compliance and risk management frameworks.

Michelle McLaughlin has been appointed Director of Finance bringing a wealth of financial leadership experience across some of the UK’s most respected brands, including Sealskinz, Clancy Group, Ted Baker, Monarch Airlines, BHP Billiton, TUI Travel and InBetvo.
